To strengthen organizational capacity, foster networking and collaboration among different civil society organizations (CSOs), and enhance skills in design thinking, project development, and addressing local community issues through targeted initiatives.
Over 100 participants attended the simulation, including women activists from local CSOs aged 20 to 45. A significant portion of the attendees were both CSO activists and employees of municipal institutions, such as libraries, schools, and cultural centers.
During the game, participants developed or enhanced the following skills: communication, creativity, critical thinking, collective decision-making, negotiation, and the ability to effectively present their ideas.
