Crisis Simulation Game

Illustration

This methodology is adapted to scenarios for managing natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)

Participants simulate the operations of a crisis response team, with each group handling a specific role. These may include:● Coordinating rescue operations● Supporting infrastructure● Providing medical assistance● Local government● Public relations● Volunteers● Evacuation team● Supply chain management.

The core idea is that each team's actions directly influence the overall situation and other teams.
The game simulates real pressure and the need for quick responses to external threats. Every decision made by the participants impacts the final outcome — how successfully the crisis is managed.

The game is designed to:

Challenge participants to think outside the box and break free from conventional solutions and behaviors

Participants' feedback

“Thank you to the organizers and colleagues! It was an amazing and insightful experience. I gained invaluable knowledge on how to handle chaotic, high-pressure situations, how to organize work effectively, and how to achieve set goals.”

Even when quick action is required, it's important to pause and separate what’s truly important from what’s not. Today, made an unexpected discovery – everyone is so engaged, and all the leaders are ready to make decisions. It’s not easy, though; there need to be clear roles in the team, and sticking to those roles is key to achieving results.”

“A really cool game that brings the team together.”

“Communication and collaboration are the most important.”
