Legend: In this game, participants enter a world of a community without barriers. They take on the roles of twelve distinct stakeholder groups, each with a crucial role in shaping the development of a community focused on implementing barrier-free accessibility.

The groups include

    public activists

    entrepreneurs

    the unemployed

    local government officials

    teachers and educators

    doctors and healthcare workers

    urban planners and architects

    youth

    pensioners

    clergy

    veterans

    people with disabilities

Together, these diverse groups must collaborate and navigate the challenges of creating an inclusive, accessible community for all.

The resources in the game are:

      Money

Energy (time and ability to take action)

      Professional Skills (knowledge)

Reputation (social capital and the ability to make unpopular decisions)

Understanding and Needs for Inclusion (represented by inclusion cards)

These resources are unevenly distributed among the groups. For instance, entrepreneurs have money but little energy, while pensioners have skills but no money, and so on.

● The participants are split into small groups of 8–9 people, with each group taking on different roles.
● Within each group, everyone will need to elect a leader through a simple democratic vote.
● Each group gets its own set of resources and specific instructions for each round of the game.
● The simulation is made up of three rounds, followed by a post-game reflection session in an open mic format where everyone can share their thoughts.
● The game is run by the Game Manager and an Assistant Manager in PUB (PUB from public - a model of a local council or parliament).
● At the start of each round, the Game Manager will announce the new phase, after which each group will open their envelope to review their instructions.
● Throughout the game, if any group has questions or needs clarification, they can always check in with the Game Manager or the Assistant Manager for guidance.
