In the “World of Communities” ecosystem, there are 3 levels of mastery, which depend on the Game Master's understanding of how, where, when, and with whom the tool, the “World of Communities: Accelerator III” game, can be used in their work and beyond.
Game Master-User
Has a strong command of the game rules and regularly facilitates games.
Game Master-Facilitator
Specializes in the use of the game and deepens their knowledge in implementing and changing behavioral models.
Game Master-Mentor
Trains other Game Masters in the “World of Communities” game and works on developing new gamification formats either individually or collaboratively.
